Additional info on 3 yr old DORTA with white flakes!?

have tried all the nit creams poss have used a nit comb have tried tea tree conditioner still not shifting! gonna take her to doc! know it def not lice eggs! search my girls hair every day after bath! no flakys on scalp either! mm will try the coconut oil one of you suggested! thanks for that by the way if your reading this!
