Which school has the best....................?

For Columbia, Duke, Yale, or Harvard which school has the best medical program?I'm only in middle school (7th grade) but we recently did a college prep cl and it got me thinking. I want to be a pediatric neurologist so I want to go somewhere with a good premed program. Also what would be some things that they would be looking for for acceptence? I'm taking the ACT in Febuary cause of this program from Duke, so that's kinda a head start and I'm thinking about taking the SSAT or PSAT in 8th grade.
