Why did he say 'eww' when I licked his lips?

We had a night of wild (including backdoor) , and he is always kissing me hello and good by (a peck on the lips ...then he goes in for another one like he does like kissing me) but last time I suddenly stuck my tongue out (kinda being funnY) and he said 'ewwe....nah Im just playin"....so is he repulsed by me and think Im gross and ugly or does he find me attractive???
