We are both acting awkward around each other since I asked her out, how do i fix this nightmare at work?

I am in love with my supervisor and she has a kid and possibly a boyfriend. I premeditated how to ask her out and I found the perfect way to do it. I asked her to a movie the "Bee" Movie because her daughter might like it and also my supervisor loves Jerry Seinfeld. I know that because we had really great conversations together for about a year. I finally came up with a great plan to ask her out and she said maybe. I later gave her a piece of paper that said "If you are interested in a movie and dinner or just a movie or just dinner call me at my phone number anytime. This was last week and she never called. Her daughter had a fever on the weekend and my supervisor missed a day of work. When she came in the next day I gave her a beanie baby bear with a necklace and told her that maybe this will cheer her daughter up. She was happy about the bear and said thank you.
