Gift for a 27 year old guy....?

what do i give my loved one.. he is going to be 27 in a few weeks, he isnt a fanatic of anything.. i always have a hard time buying him gifts.. he is from syracuse, ny.. he is irish american, he likes electonics.. very laid back, doenst wear any jewelry.. likes ralph lauren, polo.. likes coffee, likes Dave Matthews.. likes drum & base... (whatever that is...) he is never really excited about anything i give him... i can't spend too much money.. how can i make an impact yet not spend too much money..
