What is up with "my" cat? HALP MII PLZ?

My brother has a Pixie Bob, and she a few days ago, was all limpy and would get all angry when she was picked up or held. That stopped but now on her side she has a kind of boil or something, that is was accidentally popped once and gross puss and stuff came out. Like a big zit. Anyone know wtf is going on?
