Can I take out a restraining order on my ex-boyfriend?

He's never done anything to physically hurt me, and I am a minor, but he's stalked me around school and met me at the mall once and followed me all the way down the stairs INTO Victoria's secret. I swerved a lot, and he was definitely stalking me. And, he's sent me text messages calling me a and a slut. Now he's haring me with e-mails and phone calls begging for us to be friends again, but i've had enough of it. Can I get a restraining order and end all contact between me and this idiot?
