How can we check the genetic deterioration of the human race?

Human gene pool is deteriorating constantly due to monogamy ,dependance on medicines,celibacy etc. Natuarally the frequency of deeterious mutations is increasing in our species. All other species control the aculation of deleterious mutations through a process of natural selection. But most of the forces of natural selection are made ineffective in human beings.
