The Hyper 212+ is highly recommended. I just bought a Hyper TX3 Yesterday and it works Great on My Core 2 Duo E6750. It dropped temps by like 15C on Idle, and about 18C Under gaming. Get the Artic Silver, and that totals you to 30$ w/ the TX3. The TX3 Itself is 25$ new.
