Am I psychic?

Now before you laugh at me with most of u will lol, really strange stuff has always happened 2 me ever since i was a kid. im a 16 year old guy and I'm a libra(they're the most spiritually connected) . Ever since I can remember, I always know what someone will say about 60% of the time. today I even pissed my teacher off because I knew like everything she was gonna say and the whole cl was like wtf how did he know? whenever the phone rings, I know who it is about 90% of the time. I dont even look at the caller id I just pick up the phone and say "hi mom" or "hey tim" cuz i know who it is. also, I see dark "figures" movin around in the corner of my eye often. I have extremely lucid dreams and I remember all of them and I have deja vu 20 times a week minimum. what's the strangest is that I can kinda "sense" when theres another person close by. I even went to a fortune teller and she said that I have an extremely "rare gift". so am I psychic or what?
