Any information about emigrating to australia?

we are thinking of moving to australia to be with my partners sister and her family..i want to study beauty while im out there.i have split with my husband and will have to leave my two oldest children behind they are 19 and 16 but i will have to take my 14 and 10 year olds.. im also worried about what rights my husband has to stop me taking them??..if anyone had any infomation at all about the easiest way to get there including is is better to get a job lined up first...please let me no...queenie x
