Computer Problemo. CPU or PSU? You decide.?

Almost certainly a CPU or CPU fan issue. You sure the fan is on there securely? Its overheating instantly as if the fan isn't even working. Happens a lot with the socket 775's someone will have one of the legs secured improperly.
