Could he like me more than a hook up?

theres this guy and weve been dance partners all year and became friends and i broke up with my bf about a month ago and so trying to get over it i made out with him and hooked up a little.. we were both drunk and he was like we should have .. hes a frat guy to.. and i was like no lets just make out and stuff and so he was ok with that... he was super drunk and apoligizing the next morning that he was wasted and didnt remember much... we text a lot like everyday and talk about cles... and hes going to be my date for this party.. and he asked why my bf and i broke up and we had this deep talk about everything happens for a reason... idk could there be more then just a hook up? could he be interested in more maybe?
