"What's Happenin'" or "Happy Days"?

Both of these were good shows, too, just like the other two you posted a question about. I would pick What's Happenin over Happy Days, but it's close. I liked most of the main characters in Happy Days, but I really liked Dee, Shirley, Mabel (Mama), and Re-Run, although, I know it's hard to top the Fonz. Again, they both had a lot of good casting, but for me, What's Happenin squeezes out Happy Days.
