Is there any way to get out of my lease?

Me and my boyfriend lives in a beaufiful house with four other roommates, two of which that are a couple. We have a year lease that is not up til february, and its not working out. They are all very disrespectful, immature, and do not understand responsiblity. As I said we have a beautiful house, and its treated as a frat house. Not our cup of tea, at all. I have talked to our property manager, who manages the house for a landlord, and she says there is no way of getting out of the lease, we can not even sublease. Basically the only way she said out was eviction, and that can ruin out histories. If we were evicted, we would be taken to court and resposible for paying a fine that consisted of the rent for the rest of the lease term. PLEASE HELP!!! I do not believe there is anyway to get out of this. Something else is they invite their friends over, who do illegal drugs, and I'm not willing to get in trouble for their friends who I care nothing for. I'm open to any ideas...please. Sorry for the book.
