My pubic hair really hurts?

Im a 13 year old guy and The skin under my pubic hair was killing me so I trimmed it with a pair of scissors a little bit for the frat time. It did nothing and it still hurts teribbily. I see nothing wrong down there and it started last night when I untangled some hairs and now they hurts so bad. I don't know what to do
