Why does it feel like someone chopped off the tip of my ?

the past few days the tip of my has been hurting like crap! it feels kinda like the very tip was cut off or it's really hard. when I touch it, it doesn't feel this way, no abnormalities... it just hurts. what's wrong and what can I do about this? also, a little way into my vag, it feels like something is trying to push through or something. Like a small rock or something. it's 2 weeks early for my period so it's not that.
