High level of bilirubin, please help?

i just had a bunch of bloodwork done and my bilirubin came back 36 umol/L while the normal range is under 23 umol/L. should i be worried, not my normal doctor looked at all my bloodtest and said i was healthy. do you think its worth making an appointment with my family doctor
