What do you think of him?

I went out with an Indian guy. On the first date he was VERY talkative, which I like. He was pretty confident, almost to the point of being overconfident. Yet, the second one he didn't talk as much and it seemed awkward. He seemed less sure of himself. He was hesitant to put his arm around me like he did b/f and gave me a tight hug goodbye. Then he said he would call me sometime. What's up? We met at a frat party if that matters.
